The 2nd Annual VP-6 "All Hands" Reunion
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Date: October 10-13, 2005
Place: Palace Station Hotel & Casino
1. The registration fee will be $20 per Blue Shark and $10 for each guest.
2. No info on the dinner as yet. The cost is expected
to be approximately $35 per person. The dinner info will be passed on as soon as available.
3. There are two room types; Courtyard (Value) Rooms and they are $58.36 per night and the Tower Rooms are $80.16
per night. These rates include the $4.95 per night service fee and the current 9% room tax.
4. We have 70 rooms set aside. You can make your reservations by calling 1-800-634-3101 and identify yourself
as part of the US Navy VP6 Association or reference ID 'PCIUSNA'. You will be charged a deposit for one nights lodging and reservations under this group name will be accepted until September 10, 2005.
After that rooms will have to be booked through the hotel at their current rates.
5. Check in time will be at 3 PM and checkout will be at 12 Noon.
6. No one under age 21 is allowed in any of the
gaming areas or left unattended in the rooms.
7. Our business meeting will be held on Tuesday October 11, 2005 from 8 AM - 12 Noon. The spouses will have their meeting during this same time in another room.
Another raffle is planned for this year as the last one was a huge success.

8. We will have a hospitality suite and this is where all
Association check-ins will be taken care of. There will be additional area for the function of checking in and socializing as well as the historical room for items of interest and the interviews we hope to conduct.
9. We hope to have some sightseeing trips, dinner shows, golfing, etc as interest is indicated for such functions. Additional questionnaires may be sent out to query the members.
10. There is a hotel shuttle that runs to and from the airport as well as the Strip.
