We are still using a low tech process. Please print out an application form and mail with a check to association Treasurer, Bob Dell (Mailing address is on the application.)

You have two options. If you have Microsoft Word on your computer, choose option “A”. If not, choose option “B”.

A. If you have Microsoft Word, click on the link below and download and then print the file. (note: If you are using Internet Explorer, the file may be loaded automatically into your browser. Just print from there. If you are using Netscape you may be asked whether you want to open using MS Word or if you wish to download to your hard drive. Either way works fine, but it will probably be easier to have Netscape open MS Word for you and then you can print the document.)

Membership fees:

All INITIAL membership fees will have a one-time $15 setup charge.
(If you paid dues in 2003/2004, this charge is not applicable)

YEARLY dues are $10

LIFETIME dues are per the table below:

Yearly membership fees - If you are joining the Association for the first time and if you prefer to pay yearly membersip fees, your dues for the first year are $25 ($15 setup + $10 dues). Your fees after the first year will be $10 per year.

Lifetime memberships - This is a one time payment and will cover your Association dues for your lifetime. The fee is based upon the schedule above. If you are joining the Association for the first time, you must include the $15 setup fee, plus the lifetime membership fee based upon your age. If you are already a member in good standing (i.e. paid dues in 2003/2004), you do not have to pay a set up fee, just the lifetime membership fee based upon the age table.
